In the second half of the Lakers’ loss to the Kings, Kobe Bryant casually tapped the ball over to Steve Nash in the backcourt to get the offense rolling. Kobe’s pass was a bit too casual as the Nash’s defender charged for the ball, but instead got tangled up with Steve Nash, which caused Nash’s ankle to roll awkwardly on the Staples Center court.
After the incident, Kobe rushed over to see if Nash was okay and of course, the two-time MVP took a few deep breaths and continued on playing. Later in the game, Nash did walk with Dr. Gary Vitti back into the locker room where he was treated and now according to Mike Trudell of Lakers.com, Nash is just fine:
